Do you offer free shipping?

We offer highly discounted flat-rate shipping costs based on the size of your order. We do not offer free shipping however we offer rates that maintain the lowest possible prices for our products and continue to lower our prices whenever we can.


How long do processing and shipping take?

Generally shipping takes between 7-14 business days, packages leave our facility within a couple of days; occasionally we may be a little behind due to a holiday or order rush. The estimated fulfillment times are listed next to each shipping method during checkout and are also listed in your confirmation email below the shipping address. Can I add to my order after it’s placed?

We capture the total amount of your order at the time the order is placed and so we are unable to make changes. Due to ecommerce regulations and for our customers' privacy protection, adding to or changing the order is not possible without canceling and refunding the original order. If it’s already shipped, you can simply refuse the order, once your tracking information updates we will be more than happy to send you an updated order.


My order has not shipped yet, can I cancel it?

We process your order as quickly as possible and can only accept order cancellations before it’s shipped and tracking information is sent to you. Requests for order cancellations received after this shipping will not be accepted.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, The World’s Greatest Rejuvenation ships both domestic and international order and carrier’s information plus shipping rates will be provided during check out while placing your order. Please note, shipping duration varies per carrier and international orders may take a bit longer compared to domestic order


Are all of your products organic/all natural?

We strive to sell organic products whenever possible. We are constantly testing our ingredients to ensure they meet our strict specifications and are free from adulterants and contamination.


How are your products packaged?

Our product packaging is designed to protect the high-quality botanicals inside. We use a variety of materials including glass to keep the botanical goodness inside fresh. In addition, we pride ourselves on making sure we use green materials to package and pad our boxes to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.


Can I return a product? What if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged?

Our guarantee to you is that if for ANY reason you wish to return the products that you have received, you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from the date your order is received. There was an error message when I tried to check out, what now?

Why does it take so long for an item to come back in stock?

We are regularly searching for and analyzing new ingredients and sometimes impacted by unpredictability of the weather, crop success, and even international crises when searching for ingredients. When items do arrive at our facility, they are subject to our rigorous quality control process in order to make sure we only provide the best herbal products to our customers.

Do you sell on Amazon.com?

In order to guarantee the quality of our products and keep our prices low, we never sell on market places such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay. What's the average shelf life for my products?

Our products need to be stored in a cool, dry environment. Our products are good for up to 4-6 weeks when refrigerated.
